Meet Freya, Co- owner and founder of Black Blossom.
From the beginning of her career, Freya has been extremely passionate about the importance of learning many different styles, techniques and fundamentals, along with their history and how to execute them properly. This makes her a versatile artist with an eagerness to give each client something they can look at with pride for a lifetime.
Despite this, Freya has a particular love for tattooing in black and grey, with a focus on high contrast and an illustrative style that flows beautifully on the body. Her work finds importance in the ornamental elements of the Art Nouveau period, the sensuous richness of Baroque/Renaissance works and anything vintage! Freya is keen to tattoo more of these styles.
Motifs such as flowers, ladies, panel work, embellishments, religious imagery and old fine art are all interests of Freya’s. Above all, her focus is to make sure you leave the studio feeling confident and relaxed after a collaborative and intentional session.
